Appointment Expectations and Q&A

I. Before your appointment, please make sure you are well rested, have not taken any alcohol 48 hours before your appointment, have eaten a hefty meal, and have kept your skin well moisturized in the days leading up to your appointment.

II. Please bring your ID with you.

II. Parking is located in the back of the building. A purple and blue mural is located where you should turn. Please do not park in the other lot where the cactus mural is.

IV. I recommend bringing a few snacks, juice, and water before coming to your appointment.

V. Please arrive on time.

Q. Is my deposit non-refundable?

A.Yes, and it is required for all clients to secure an appointment . It also goes towards the cost of the tattoo. One reschedule is allowed 48 hours before the appointment. No shows and cancellations forfeit their deposit.

Q. Can I see my design before the appointment?

A. No, most likely not, unless discussed beforehand. Minor adjustments to the design can be made at the appointment.

Q. If I arrive 30 minutes late, will you still tattoo me?

A. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may need to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited.

Q. Are touch ups free?

A. Yes, but only under certain conditions. If you’ve followed proper aftercare and its within a 60 day limit after the appointment date, then yes, your touch up will be free.

Aftercare

I. If second skin was applied, leave it on for 3-5 days. You may shower with it on, but if water gets underneath, please remove it immediately.

II. Please remove the second skin under warm water, preferably in the shower.

III. Wash your tattoo twice daily with unscented soap and apply a thin layer of aquaphor for up to 2 weeks.

IV. Some scabbing and flaking is normal. Please do not pick, scratch, or touch the tattoo during the healing process. Avoid direct sunlight, swimming, and soaking the tattoo until fully healed.

V. Tattoos typically heal within 4 weeks. Free touch-ups are available within 60 days of your appointment.
